Our innovation process includes designing our mattresses to last as long as possible in its current life and become raw materials for the next. From the careful selection of recycled and sustainable materials to our commitment to recover and repurpose Piana Sleep™ mattresses at end of life, we are closing the loop on the circular economy.
Every Piana Sleep mattress is designed to return. When a it comes to the end of it’s life cycle we will accept it back to be fully recycled at our 100% solar powered facility in Cartersville, GA or through our participating dealer network. We are committed to renewable energy as well as reducing carbon emissions and energy consumption. Each mattress sold, brings us one step closer to our goal

Our cover fabric is made from Repreve® recycled yarn — post-consumer recycled plastic bottles converted to high-performance textile fiber. RCS certified by NSF International with full chain of custody documentation.

No memory foam. No latex foam. No polyurethane. The V/Smart™ system achieves superior pressure relief and temperature regulation through natural fiber engineering alone — eliminating the material that makes conventional mattresses an environmental liability.

Our Mandala cover incorporates molecular lavender infusion — a natural antimicrobial and dust mite deterrent. This replaces chemical treatments used across the conventional mattress industry.
